  • Repair cracks on walkways & driveways
  • Clean gutters & downspouts
  • Check air conditioning system
  • Test lawn sprinkler system
  • Inspect hoses & outdoor water faucets
  • Clean clothes dryer exhaust duct, damper, and space under the dryer
  • Inspect and clean smoke & carbon monoxide alarms
  • Clean bathroom exhaust fans, heating ducts, grills & registers
  • Schedule seasonal pest control (quarterly)

  • Wash windows & re-hang screens
